Documented project evidence
The frozen-food system includes transport, dosing, packaging and quality control. The chocolate-bar system handles a five-mix of pre-packaged bars. Cup stacking uses a SCARA robot and case-packing modules; assembled-unit inspection uses a robot, camera and barcode reader.
Fit the structure to the process
Hygiene zone, washdown requirements, machine interfaces and service clearances shape the structural design. The same application can require a weigher mezzanine, separate feeder support and dedicated operator access.
