Frozen food and pre-packaged chocolate bars
The frozen-food system combines conveyor belts, elevators and a multihead weigher with packaging and quality control. The five-mix chocolate-bar system also includes vibratory feeders.
Feeding and weighing have different support needs
Feeder frames position equipment for product transition, while weigher mezzanines provide support and service access around a specific machine model. Vibration-sensitive equipment and static/dynamic loads inform structural decisions.
